These terms govern your use of feroglobalconsulting.com (the "Site"), operated by Fero Consulting LLC ("Fero", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to them.
1. Information only
The Site describes our services. Nothing on it is an expert opinion on any matter, and nothing on it is legal advice. Sample reports on or from the Site use fictional facts and illustrate our method only.
2. No engagement through the Site
Using the Site or contacting us does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side. We are engaged only when an engagement letter is signed and our conflict check is clear. We may decline any instruction.
3. Information you send before an engagement
Please do not send privileged, confidential or client-identifying information before we are engaged. Describe the matter in general terms, and we will confirm a secure channel for case materials. Until an engagement letter is signed, information you send is not treated as confidential and does not prevent us from being retained by another party in the same or a related matter.
4. Fees
Our published fees describe our standard terms. The fee for any matter is set in its engagement letter. Our fees never depend on the outcome of a case or on the conclusions we reach.
5. Intellectual property
The content of the Site, including text, design, logos and sample reports, belongs to Fero or its licensors. You may view and print it for your own use in considering our services. You may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to collect its content.
7. Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit our obligations under a signed engagement letter.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
